Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric nursing care as a personal supporter and nurse across multiple departments, rotating through specialisms in psychopathology, psycho-pharmacology, and crisis intervention. Work under mentorship with regular development planning supported by blended learning and E-learning modules. Build foundational skills during the first month while gradually transitioning to independent practice within a 15- or 22-month trajectory. This traineeship, tailored for nurses transitioning from hospital or community care, covers modules in recovery methods and outpatient work. Upon completion, you receive a certificate detailing followed GGZ modules.
