Job Summary
Conduct night shift nursing care for clients with complex somatic, addiction, and psychiatric issues from 22:45 to 07:45, daily and weekends. Provide somatic and psychiatric care, perform nursing procedures, and respond adequately to emergency situations while maintaining composure. Contribute to the care plan to ensure appropriate support for residents with multiple vulnerabilities. Work within a multidisciplinary team at De Aak, an expert center for somatic care offering 24-hour assistance.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal een opleiding verpleegkundige op mbo-niveau 4 afgerond
- BIG geregistreerd
