Job Summary
Conduct daily care for clients with severe psychiatric disorders on the Long-Term Intensive Care unit, including medication administration, physical examinations, and stress management exercises. Observe behavioral changes, support diagnostic therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans. Work irregular 24/7 shifts including day, afternoon, evening, and night duties to ensure continuous care. Maintain a calm demeanor in unpredictable situations while setting respectful boundaries with clients. Requires MBO-3 or HBO diploma in nursing, valid BIG registration, and VOG-P certificate. Experience in psychiatry is not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning and development is essential.
