Job Summary
Conduct restorative and systemic care with youth and their families, combining nursing, guidance, and coordination within an integrated role. Perform supportive and motivating conversations, observe and act on physical and mental symptoms, and execute nursing interventions to support recovery. Guide clients toward self-reliance regarding daily structure, school, and work while coordinating care plans and managing medication and lifestyle health. Collaborate with parents, networks, and external partners like youth care teams and schools to manage crises and participate in group treatments. Work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists, handling complex situations and continuous shifts between treating, guiding, and coordinating.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding Verpleegkunde
- Een geldige BIG-registratie
- Ervaring of affiniteit met jeugd-GGZ en systeemgericht werken
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Een herstelgerichte visie
- Je staat stevig in je schoenen en kunt goed omgaan met complexe situaties
- Je werkt zelfstandig
