Job Summary
Coordinate daily care for internal medicine, nephrology, pulmonology, and cardiology patients, prioritizing the needs of patients and their families. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality nursing care while mentoring nursing students and interns to support their professional development. Reflect on personal practice and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement in patient outcomes. Requires BIG-registered nursing diploma and hospital experience.
