Job Summary
Conduct independent nursing care in the community, performing technical procedures ranging from catheter insertion to complex wound care. Maintain contact with family, caregivers, and treating professionals to coordinate care plans while empowering clients to retain control over their treatment. Mentor BOL and BBL nursing students by sharing practical knowledge and demonstrating proper execution of care techniques. Work 24 to 36 hours per week in flexible shifts across various locations in Hilversum, with a direct indefinite-term contract and a salary aligned with the VVT collective labor agreement.
Required Qualifications
- Niveau 4 verpleegkundige
- Verrichten van verpleegtechnische handelingen
- Onderhouden van contacten met familie/mantelzorgers en behandelaars
- Begeleiden van BOL en BBL studenten
- Afgeronde mbo-V diploma
- BIG geregistreerd
- Eigenschappen zelfstandig, behulpzaam en vriendelijk
- Beschikbaarheid van 24-32 uur per week in flexibele diensten (dag, avond, weekend)
- Kunnen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag aanleveren in de eerste werkmaand
