Conduct intensive group counseling for clients with severe psychiatric problems in acute crisis situations on the IC ward. Provide structure and clarity through supportive, motivating conversations aimed at stabilization and restoration. Observe behavior and symptoms while collaborating closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and outpatient teams on treatment and policy. De-escalate conflicts and facilitate daily follow-up of therapeutic and activity plans. Report observations and special details to your team every shift. You will work 24–36 hours per week on a one-year contract with the possibility of a permanent position. The role involves irregular shifts and requires an MBO-4 or HBO nursing qualification with experience in psychiatry.
