Provide care, support, and guidance to clients, including personal basic care and high-risk procedures. Execute, maintain, and monitor nursing technical procedures while conducting new client intakes and developing care plans. Foster a sense of safety and security within a pleasant living environment by offering respect to residents and caregivers, responding to their questions and wishes. Collaborate with team members to implement care plans and encourage client self-management. Work flexible shifts between 24-32 hours per week across locations including Nieuw Kerkelanden, Zonnehoeve, and HTT.
