Job Summary
Conduct daily monitoring and somatic care for clients undergoing detoxification in a 24/7 high-care setting. Provide motivational counseling, psycho-education, and safe group modules while observing withdrawal symptoms and adjusting treatment plans with medical specialists. Create a safe environment through activities like shared meals and walks to support clients in maintaining abstinence. Work within a diverse team of over 30 nurses and specialists treating alcohol, GHB, cocaine, cannabis, and medication dependencies. Collaborate on individualized care plans for clients staying 5–14 days.
Required Qualifications
- Een mbo- en hbo-diploma hebt van de opleiding verpleegkundige
- BIG geregistreerd bent
- Het werken van onregelmatigheidsdiensten (ORT), als 'part of the deal' ziet
- Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) is een vast onderdeel van onze sollicitatieprocedure
