Job Summary
Monitor and act on changes in patient health status within the Acute Opname Afdeling team. Collaborate with registered nurses, team coordinators, medical specialists, and external providers like general practitioners to solve care content issues. Participate in discussions regarding care challenges and contribute ideas to the unit. Maintain contact with patients, family members, and colleagues while supporting the development of capacity coordinators for emergency admissions and bed capacity management. Requires BIG-registered diploma in nursing (MBO or HBO) and at least one year of hospital experience.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma Verpleegkunde (mbo of hbo) met BIG-registratie
- Bereidheid tot het volgen van de AOA-opleiding
- Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring als verpleegkundige in een ziekenhuis
