Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver nursing care for residents with psychiatric and somatic needs, including those in the Closed Rehabilitation Screening unit. Observe, analyze, and report changes in health and behavior to translate them into appropriate care interventions. Execute nursing procedures, co-create care goals, and actively contribute to evaluating and adjusting the care plan. Collaborate closely with nursing colleagues, caregivers, and treatment providers to ensure safe, person-centered care. Work in a modern dementia care location in The Hague where you help build new team workflows and future-oriented care standards.
Required Qualifications
- mbo- of hbo-diploma Verpleegkunde
- BIG-geregistreerd
- verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg
