Job Summary
Conduct restorative care for clients with addiction and complex psychiatric issues using the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA). Perform physical examinations, prescribe medication when necessary, and discuss psychiatric symptoms while collaborating with the client, their network, and a multidisciplinary team. Deliver direct clinical support in a supportive FACT team environment in Apeldoorn, focusing on helping individuals regain control over their lives.

- Diploma Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ (MANP/Master Advanced Nursing Practice)
- BIG-register inschrijving
- AGB code
- Verklaring omtrent gedrag (VOG) bij indiensttreding
