Job Summary
Verpleegkundig specialist IHT Gouda werkt in een multidisciplinair team binnen de Intensive Home Treatment voor acute psychiatrische crisiszorg. Verantwoordelijk voor indicatiestelling, diagnostiek en farmacotherapie; voert intakegesprekken, stelt diagnoses, initieert farmacotherapie en stelt herstelplannen op. Behandeltraject omvat integrale zorg (psychisch, medisch, somatisch), continue evaluatie van behandeling en bijsturing waar nodig. Bezoekt cliënten in thuissituatie tussen 08:30 en 17:00 uur en werkt samen met psychiaters, klinisch psychologen, SPV’s en verpleegkundig team. Contract tussen 28-36 uur met mogelijkheid tot vast dienstverband; werkt in Gouda binnen het IHT-team in een acute psychiatrische context. Er is aandacht voor herstelgericht werken en samenwerking met ketenpartners en naasten.
Required Qualifications
- Master Advanced Nursing Practitioner (MANP)
- BIG-registratie
- AGB code of aanvraag mogelijk
- Ervaring in de psychiatrie
