Job Summary
Conduct treatment and act as lead therapist for approximately 160 clients with complex, long-term psychiatric issues. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individual treatment plans and focus on personal recovery while delivering self-administered therapies. Manage care intensity flexibly according to the f-ACT model and provide work supervision to a Verpleegkundig Specialist in training. Participate in weekly team meetings for policy development on themes including somatics. Perform ambulatory and outreach care for adults with severe mental health conditions in Amsterdam Oost.
Required Qualifications
- Een BIG registratie als Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ
- Samenwerken met het multidisciplinaire team
