Job Summary
Conduct intensive, restorative care for clients with severe addiction problems, performing intakes, physical and psychiatric examinations, and independently administering medication and crisis interventions. Serve as the lead handler (regiebehandelaar) while collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to align treatment policies and ensure high-quality, personalized care. Manage clinical reporting, documentation, and handovers, and contribute to quality improvement projects and research.
