Job Summary
Conduct precise survey measurements for complex construction projects, including existing, setting-out, and control surveys. Analyze measurement data and document results clearly while creating and reviewing location and elevation plans. Operate modern surveying technology such as Trimble systems, total stations, and laser scanners to ensure surveying quality throughout construction execution. Collaborate closely with site management, planning teams, and other project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene ingenieurtechnische Ausbildung als Techniker oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen bzw. eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Baugewerbe (bei Studium mindestens 1 Jahr, bei Ausbildung mindestens 5 Jahre)
- sichere Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
- Führerschein Klasse B
