Advise customers on fish varieties, preparation, and recipes while maintaining a welcoming demeanor. File, clean, and present fresh products in display cases to ensure optimal quality and shelf presentation. Monitor stock freshness and keep shop shelves and vitrines tidy. Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and attention. Flexible availability between 12 and 20 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
