Job Summary
Welcome and support customers from A to Z, including managing their information in the store database and scheduling appointments. Oversee the store and audiologist agendas while ensuring follow-ups are completed accurately. Handle store inventory administration, maintain file quality in compliance with regulations, and manage the store's visual presentation. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and uphold high customer satisfaction. Requires a minimum of 24 hours of availability and MBO-3 level; based in Volendam or immediate area.
