Job Summary
Lead the branch independently during manager absences by coordinating tasks, managing the register, restocking shelves, performing quality control, baking bread, and maintaining cleanliness. Handle customer inquiries to ensure shoppers feel comfortable while working alongside the team in retail operations. Requires prior trade experience, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work autonomously. Schedule includes Monday through Saturday hours with a weekly commitment of 24 to 27 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung im Handel oder einer ähnlichen Branche
