Job Summary
Conduct sales and advisory services for new and used motorcycles, manage vehicle inventory, and lead the sales team through motivation and development. Achieve sales targets while collaborating closely with the workshop, dispatch, and management. Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients, leveraging experience in financing services. This leadership role within the largest motorcycle center in Germany involves representing company values of courage, fairness, and team spirit. The position offers a responsible leadership role with design freedom in a modern dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Fahrzeug- oder Motorradverkauf
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder das Potenzial, ein Team erfolgreich zu führen
- Begeisterung für Motorräder
- Starke Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Unternehmerisches Denken und ein sicheres Auftreten
