Job Summary
Conduct field sales for the BayWa agricultural product portfolio within your assigned territory, creating tailored offers and pursuing them to meet agreed sales targets. Build relationships with farmers and win new customers through persuasive communication, while presenting latest agrarian products at fairs and events. Maintain awareness of market trends and competition to drive market position growth, supported by colleagues at the location. Requires agricultural degree or relevant training with strong sales aptitude and industry knowledge. Offers include a company car for private use, tariff-based compensation with performance bonuses, childcare subsidies, and 36 days of vacation.
Required Qualifications
- Landwirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische und/oder landwirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Erfahrung
- Leidenschaft als Verkäufer
- Spaß an aktivem Kundenkontakt
- Kenntnis der Zielgruppe Landwirt
- Fundierte landwirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung aus der Agrarbranche (idealerweise)
- Souveränes Auftreten
