Verkaufsberater Innendienst (m/w/d) Holzpellets - in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Conduct active sales and targeted new customer acquisition for high-quality wood pellets as an eco-friendly fuel. Support the development and implementation of innovative marketing and advertising strategies while assisting with precise calculations and continuous market monitoring. Oversee order processing and ensure timely deliveries in close collaboration with the dispatch team, handling invoicing and administrative tasks in cooperation with the warehouse dispatcher. Manage customer complaints and provide solution-oriented customer service while actively supporting the dispatch team. Requires a completed commercial training or similar qualification, strong communication skills, and solid business acumen. Part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
