Job Summary
Conduct new customer acquisition and maintain long-term relationships while providing consulting and sales for concrete precast solutions. Manage offer and contract negotiations with clients and suppliers, coordinate construction projects with all stakeholders, and ensure smooth order processing. Handle claims management and follow-up negotiations to meet sales targets within the assigned territory. This role offers a company car for private use, 36 days of vacation, and a strong team environment within BayWa's building materials division.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder gewerblich/technischen Bereich
- Fachliche Beratungskompetenz im Bereich Betonfertigteile
- Freude am Vertrieb und am Kontakt mit Kunden
- Sicheres Auftreten und starke Verkaufsorientierung
