Job Summary
Conduct telephone and in-person customer support, coordinate schedules, and manage cash handling. Perform service tasks on hearing aids, advise on accessories, and oversee inventory management including ordering and receiving. This role requires a 60% penum schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the Dielsdorf Health Center. We are Neuroth, a future-proof company dedicated to improving hearing quality through the intersection of medicine and technology.
