Job Summary
Conduct customer consultations, process sales transactions, and manage complaints within the sales and service area. Coordinate workshop appointments, maintain display areas, and handle receiving and storage of inventory. Operate across multiple ATU locations within a 50–200 km radius, adhering to a two-shift system with early and late shifts from Monday to Saturday. Maintain physical stamina for up to eight hours of standing and walking, while organizing routes and managing occasional overnight stays outside the home. Requires a Class B driver's license and prior retail sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel / Verkauf (z.B. als Verkaufsmitarbeiter, Fachverkäufer, Kundenberater, Verkaufsberater)
- Interesse an Automobilbranche oder Baumarkt-Umfeld
- Körperlich fit (Stehen und Gehen bis zu 8 Std./Tag)
- Führerschein bzw. Fahrerlaubnis (Klasse B) in Deutschland
- Selbstständige Organisation von Routen und Fahrzeiten
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Übernachtungen außer Haus
- Einsatz an wechselnden ATU-Standorten im regionalen Umfeld
- 5-Tage-Woche (Mo–Sa) mit Früh- und Spätschicht im Zwei-Schicht-System
- Flexible Einsätze an ATU-Standorten im Umkreis von ca. 50–200 km (nach Absprache)
