Job Summary
Conduct customer consultations in the sales and service areas, process payments, and handle complaints. Schedule workshop appointments and maintain the sales floor presentation. Manage stock intake, storage, and support warehouse operations. Work a five-day week including early and late shifts in a two-shift system. This role is part of ATU, Germany's largest independent auto workshop chain, where you help bring vehicles back on the road. We offer an unbonded fixed-term contract with 40 hours weekly, profit-sharing bonuses, and a comprehensive development program for future branch managers.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel / Verkauf, z.B. als Verkaufsmitarbeiter, Fachverkäufer, Kundenberater, Verkaufsberater, Einzelhandelskaufleute (m/w/d)
- Interesse an Automobilbranche oder Baumarkt-Umfeld
- Motivation, dich in neue Produkte und Abläufe einzuarbeiten
- Körperlich fit (Stehen und Gehen bis zu 8 Std./Tag)
- 5-Tage-Woche (Mo–Sa) mit Früh- und Spätschicht im Zwei-Schicht-System
Desired Qualifications
- Ausbildereignung (AEVO) von Vorteil
