Job Summary
Conduct customer consultations, process payments, and handle complaints in the sales and service areas. Schedule workshop appointments, maintain sales floor presentation, and manage inventory by receiving goods and assisting with storage. Work a five-day week including early and late shifts within a two-shift system. Requires retail or sales experience, physical fitness for standing and walking up to eight hours daily, and AEVO training eligibility. Offers unlimited fixed-term employment with 40-hour weeks, profit-sharing bonuses, and a leadership development program.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel / Verkauf, z.B. als Verkaufsmitarbeiter, Fachverkäufer, Kundenberater, Verkaufsberater, Einzelhandelskaufleute (m/w/d)
- Interesse an Automobilbranche oder Baumarkt-Umfeld
- Motivation, dich in neue Produkte und Abläufe einzuarbeiten
- Körperlich fit (Stehen und Gehen bis zu 8 Std./Tag)
- 5-Tage-Woche (Mo–Sa) mit Früh- und Spätschicht im Zwei-Schicht-System
Desired Qualifications
- Ausbildereignung (AEVO) von Vorteil
- Erfahrung als Verkäufer, Verkaufsmitarbeiter, Fachverkäufer, Kundenberater, Kassierer oder Einzelhandelskaufleute (m/w/d)
