Job Summary
Conduct customer consultations in the sales and service areas, process transactions, and handle complaints. Schedule workshop appointments, maintain product displays, and manage inventory through receiving and storage tasks. Operate in a two-shift system with early and late shifts across a five-day week. Requires retail sales experience, physical fitness for up to eight hours of standing and walking, and an AEVO vocational qualification. Offers unlimited employment with a 40-hour weekly schedule, profit-sharing bonuses, and a structured leadership development program.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel / Verkauf, z.B. als Verkaufsmitarbeiter, Fachverkäufer, Kundenberater, Verkaufsberater, Einzelhandelskaufleute (m/w/d)
- Interesse an Automobilbranche oder Baumarkt-Umfeld
- Motivation, dich in neue Produkte und Abläufe einzuarbeiten
- Körperlich fit (Stehen und Gehen bis zu 8 Std./Tag)
- 5-Tage-Woche (Mo–Sa) mit Früh- und Spätschicht im Zwei-Schicht-System
