Job Summary
Conduct customer consultations in the sales and service areas, process payments, and handle complaints. Coordinate workshop appointments and maintain the sales floor presentation. Manage inventory by receiving goods, storing items, and supporting warehouse operations. Work a five-day week with early and late shifts in a two-shift system. This role is part of ATU, Germany's largest independent auto repair chain, where you help bring vehicles back on the road. Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel / Verkauf, z.B. als Verkaufsmitarbeiter, Fachverkäufer, Kundenberater, Verkaufsberater, Einzelhandelskaufleute (m/w/d)
- Ausbildereignung (AEVO) von Vorteil
- Körperlich fit (Stehen und Gehen bis zu 8 Std./Tag)
- 5-Tage-Woche (Mo–Sa) mit Früh- und Spätschicht im Zwei-Schicht-System
