Job Summary
Conduct customer consultations in sales and advisory conversations, process payments, and handle complaints. Schedule workshop appointments, maintain sales floor presentation, and manage stock reception, storage, and warehouse support. Operate within a two-shift system including early and late shifts from Monday to Saturday. Requires retail or sales experience, physical fitness for standing and walking up to eight hours daily, and AEVO training eligibility. Offers a 500-store chain with profit-sharing bonuses, unlimited fixed-term employment, and a 75% employee discount.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel / Verkauf, z.B. als Verkaufsmitarbeiter, Fachverkäufer, Kundenberater, Verkaufsberater, Einzelhandelskaufleute (m/w/d)
- Interesse an Automobilbranche oder Baumarkt-Umfeld
- Motivation, dich in neue Produkte und Abläufe einzuarbeiten
- Körperlich fit (Stehen und Gehen bis zu 8 Std./Tag)
- 5-Tage-Woche (Mo–Sa) mit Früh- und Spätschicht im Zwei-Schicht-System
