Job Summary
Conduct customer consultations in the sales and service areas, process transactions, and manage warranty claims. Schedule workshop appointments, maintain product displays, and handle inventory tasks including receiving and storage support. Work a five-day week with early and late shifts in a two-shift system. Requires retail or sales experience, physical fitness for standing and walking up to eight hours daily, and motivation to learn new automotive or hardware store products. Offers profit-sharing bonuses, unlimited fixed-term employment, and a structured leadership development program.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel / Verkauf, z.B. als Verkaufsmitarbeiter, Fachverkäufer, Kundenberater, Verkaufsberater, Einzelhandelskaufleute (m/w/d)
- Interesse an Automobilbranche oder Baumarkt-Umfeld
- Motivation, dich in neue Produkte und Abläufe einzuarbeiten
- Körperlich fit (Stehen und Gehen bis zu 8 Std./Tag)
- 5-Tage-Woche (Mo–Sa) mit Früh- und Spätschicht im Zwei-Schicht-System
