Job Summary
Conduct friendly and competent customer consultation while actively selling decor, home textiles, and lifestyle products. Manage cash operations, including closing, and handle stock receiving, control, and stocking. Design and maintain attractive sales floor presentations and implement seasonal concepts. Ensure general order and cleanliness in the sales area and support inventory counts. Assist guests in glassworking workshops and the café by preparing and serving food, beverages, and coffee. Maintain shop aesthetics and support team efforts in a store featuring glassworking workshops and a café.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder in der Beratung
- Flexibilität hinsichtlich Arbeitszeiten (auch samstags)
- Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Sinn für Ästhetik
