Job Summary
Conduct direct customer service for gastronomy clients by advising on dry food product ranges including snacks, cereals, and canned goods. Execute customer consultation to drive sales, ensure accurate stock presentation, and maintain organized shelving. Perform quality assurance checks to verify product freshness and compliance with legal standards such as HACCP and shelf-life monitoring. Work in a two-shift system within a retail environment serving over three million customers across Germany.
