Job Summary
Conduct customer service and product consultation for the dry food assortment, including snacks, cereals, and beverages, while ensuring shelves remain stocked and organized. Execute quality assurance checks for product availability, shelf life, and compliance with HACCP standards. Present merchandise according to marketing campaigns and support customers in the gastronomy sector with their inquiries. Work in a two-shift system within a five-day week at one of over 100 METRO markets across Germany, providing direct support to three million customers.
Required Qualifications
