Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized consultation, fitting assistance, and checkout support. Actively drive sales by identifying cross-selling opportunities and recommending complementary accessories. Execute visual merchandising concepts and manage inventory tasks including stock checks and stocktaking. Maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere while adhering to brand values of light-heartedness and authenticity. Requires B1 German proficiency, enthusiasm for retail sales, and flexibility for weekend and evening shifts.
