Job Summary
Conduct active sales of used and modern furniture on-site in our showroom and via phone and email. Handle incoming calls and messages while providing customer support and service. Maintain strong communication skills to engage clients effectively. This role is part of a motivated team at Hauptstadt Möblerei, the largest used furniture retailer in Berlin, where we champion sustainability by giving furniture a second life.
Required Qualifications
- Kommunikation und der Kontakt mit Menschen sind deine Leidenschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Zuverlässigkeit und sorgfältiges Arbeiten
- Der Umgang mit dem PC fällt dir leicht und ist für dich selbstverständlich
- Du bist sprachgewandt und kommunizierst fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
