Job Summary
Conduct daily sales operations in the store, providing top-tier service and expert consultation to customers while maintaining a tidy retail environment. Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise in both the warehouse and store areas. Manage a specific section of the store independently and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Requires fluent German (C1 level) and flexibility regarding work schedules, including an on-call rotation. Part-time role (18.5 hours/week) with opportunities for internal promotion to leadership positions.
Required Qualifications
