Job Summary
Conduct customer consultation and operate the checkout register while actively selling at the open cheese counter by cutting, portioning, and presenting products. Ensure appealing product presentation and maintain strict hygiene standards per food safety laws. Assist with inventory management, stock control, and cleaning of the store premises. Monitor product quality, freshness, and shelf life daily. This role involves a 4.5-day week with immediate availability requested due to a colleague's absence. We welcome detail trade graduates, chefs, or housekeepers, valuing regional product knowledge and a service-oriented approach within our growing family business.
