Job Summary
Listen to customers, ask the right questions, and turn their wishes into genuine shopping joy by providing expert advice on entertainment electronics. Solve problems calmly when challenges arise, representing Coolblue as the face of the store while ensuring service is natural and consistent. Help customers choose the perfect products by knowing your inventory inside and out, fostering a fun, party-like atmosphere with the team. You will work in Hamburg, with compensation starting at 15.30 € per hour plus the Arbeitsmarktzulage. The role includes Christmas bonus, a 25% discount on the Deutschlandticket, and access to the Open Up mental health platform. Candidates must have excellent German language skills, and the position offers opportunities to advance to shift lead or other internal roles.
