Conduct active, needs-oriented customer consultation in-store and by phone, selling flooring and accessory products while managing order creation, acceptance, and checkout. Execute order picking, systematic warehousing, and timely packing and labeling of customer orders. Maintain product presentation, restock sales areas, and ensure cleanliness and order throughout the store building. Accept and verify goods against delivery notes, and issue products to customers. Uphold highest customer satisfaction through exceptional service, early identification of performance deficits, and strict adherence to order, cleanliness, and safety standards. Maintain uniform attire and a neat, professional appearance.
