Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or operations-related role
- Experience with POS systems or retail operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, formulas) or similar
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently
