Job Summary
Service customer needs and make recommendations based on specifications. Develop new consumer and business accounts while providing outstanding service during and after the sale. Recommend changes in products and services and stay current on the newest technology offerings. As Verizon's premier retail partner with nearly 800 stores across 40 states, we help others connect, work, watch, game, and stream with the latest devices. We partner with customers to find the best Verizon plans and services for their needs while expanding their ability to stay connected.
