Job Summary

Verifications Officer responsible for checking loan documents to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements while delivering a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include verifying daily allocations of new files, identifying outstanding requirements, ensuring lender conditions are satisfied, following up on SLA targets, accurately calculating and inputting fees (including government stamp duty and registration costs, lender fees, and disbursement fees), and performing other duties as required. Emphasis on customer-focused service, ownership of client base, adherence to internal policies, high accuracy in tasks, supporting peers, contributing to continuous improvement, meeting quality targets, and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
