Verification & Triage Division Analyst

VTD Analyst responsible for producing business assessments and source packages related to FCL eligibility, foreign ownership, control or influence (FOCI) and other business vulnerabilities. Reviews and analyzes corporate documents for entities entering or participating in the NISP, and conducts all-source open-source research using government databases and other tools to identify discrepancies, omissions and risk indicators. Requires ability to conduct all-source, business-related research and analysis, and to write analytic reports based on critical thinking applied to complex hierarchies and relationships. The role requires a degree in Business or International Business and experience with security vulnerability assessments, mergers and acquisitions and complex business structures, open-source/due diligence research, and familiarity with databases/tools such as Bloomberg, Pitchbook, and Orbis; plus knowledge of international dynamics related to U.S. security concerns and supply chain risk management.
