Job Summary
Process client requests for background checks, Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs), Safety Performance History (SPHRR), and Driver Qualification forms while monitoring workload to meet established turnaround times. Identify discrepancies, validate client information with specialists, and enter data into applicable systems. Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and ensure confidentiality under FCRA, HIPAA, and departmental data security policies. Requires proficiency in PC navigation and strong organizational skills. Eligible for hybrid or remote schedules within Wisconsin; $19/hr with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1+ years of experience in a general office setting
- In lieu, will consider a combination of experience and post-secondary education
- Must be proficient in the use of a PC and have the ability to navigate between multiple screens and computer programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in highly regulated industry a plus or ability to learn complex regulatory standards
