Required Qualifications
- Experience in quality control, customer support or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and consistent decision-making across high volume of cases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Independent decision-making under time pressure
- Structured, methodical work style with multiple tasks/priorities
- Clear communication adaptable to different audiences
- Driven, reliable, ownership of work
- Proactive in questioning or improving processes
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Verification product and Verification processes (preferred)
