Job Summary
Lead test and verification activities for X-ray generators, sources, and X-ray segment components across the entire product lifecycle. Develop risk-based verification concepts, coordinate their implementation, and define standards to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and release readiness. Manage critical risks, prioritize tasks, and oversee cross-functional teams while leveraging AI-driven methods to optimize test coverage and efficiency. Derive test designs from requirements and architectures, analyze results, and drive the evolution of the test toolchain through automation and standardization. Full-time role requiring multiple years of experience in high-voltage or medical technology systems and strong German/English skills. Located in the Netherlands with a hybrid office schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Integration, Verifikation oder Absicherung komplexer Hochvolt-, Röntgen- oder vergleichbarer technischer Systeme
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung oder Koordination von Test- und Verifikationsaktivitäten
- Erfahrung in der Ableitung und Umsetzung von Teststrategien auf Basis von Anforderungen, Risiken und Systemarchitekturen
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Hardware- und Software-Entwicklungsprozessen sowie deren Einfluss auf Integration, Verifikation und Produktfreigaben
- Kenntnisse relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen im Medizintechnik-Umfeld (z. B. IEC- und FDA-Standards)
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege technischer und regulatorischer Dokumentationen
- Qualifikation als Elektrofachkraft für das Laborumfeld oder eine vergleichbare Berechtigung
- Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
