Job Summary
Manage outbound and inbound calls across multiple client institutions, averaging 400+ calls per day to confirm prospective students' personal identifiable information and program interest. Engage in short 3-5 minute conversations to build excitement, transfer verified students to partner institutions, and communicate accurate, compliant program details while following strict conversation outlines. Escalate unique concerns to the manager as needed and consistently implement coaching feedback from sessions, peer groups, and partners. Maintain all compliance expectations in documenting student interactions and executing specific processes flawlessly in a busy, high-volume environment.

- People-person and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds in person and over the phone
- Detailed-oriented and pride yourself in executing specific processes flawlessly

- Experience or interest in working in a high-performing team that puts you in direct communication with prospective students daily
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
