Job Summary
Coordinate quality events and manage suspect lots while ensuring adherence to quality barriers and standards. Execute traceability exercises, process control plans (PCP), internal audits, and measurement system analysis (MSA) studies. Support the assurance quality service during specific follow-ups and promote safety, security, and environmental awareness through employee training. Work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM in a 4-3 schedule at the Joliette plant, performing physical tasks involving walking and tire handling.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma (DEC, AEC, BAC, Certificat, DESS) in engineering or manufacturing engineering and/or quality assurance
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or any other relevant field
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Permanent night shift
- Full-time employment
- Schedule 19h to 7h
- Type 4-3 schedule
- 42 hours per week
- Alternating weeks of 36 or 48 hours
- Physical effort: walking and handling tires
- 75% factory environment
- 25% office/meetings environment
