Evaluate complex environmental permit applications against the Omgevingswet, building plan, and related regulations. Advise applicants and colleagues on the permitting process, facilitate pre-conversations, and represent the municipality in negotiations. Handle objections and appeals by drafting defense documents, while consulting the council and participating in project groups and neighborhood tables. Manage mediation processes and maintain statistical data. Work within a multidisciplinary team to support a growing municipality, utilizing flexible hours and remote work options.
